Apple TV+ has released the first full trailer for the third season of Silo, offering a deeper look at the origins of the underground world that has driven the show’s central mystery since its debut.

Based on the bestselling book trilogy written by Hugh Howey, the dystopian drama details a society of 10,000 people living in a massive underground structure, cut off from a world believed to be toxic and uninhabitable. Over its first two seasons, the series gradually revealed cracks in the official story governing life inside the silo, with Juliette emerging as a central figure in the search for the truth.

The new season continues the story of Juliette Nichols, played by Rebecca Ferguson, following the dramatic events of Season 2. The trailer confirms that Juliette survives her ordeal after being sent outside the silo, but returns suffering from memory loss as her community struggles to recover from rebellion and confront a new threat.

The expansive ensemble cast for the third season features a mix of returning and new performers, including Common, Harriet Walter, Chinaza Uche, Avi Nash, Alexandra Riley, Shane McRae, Remmie Milner, Rick Gomez, Billy Postlethwaite, Jessica Brown Findlay, Colin Hanks, and Steve Zahn.

Season 3 will consist of 10 episodes, beginning with its July 3 premiere and continuing with weekly releases through Sept. 4. Apple previously renewed the series for a fourth and final season, which has already been filmed and is expected to conclude the adaptation of Howey’s novels. Showrunner Graham Yost has said the final two seasons are designed to provide answers to many of the story’s long-standing mysteries.
